Welcome to Tamsin Smith
Ella is delighted to announce her second signing from this summer’s open submission window: Tamsin Smith! Tamsin is a freelance broadcast journalist who began her debut women’s fiction novel THE TRUE COLOURS OF STELLA BROOKS when studying creative writing at the Faber Academy. Narrated by an outsider who sees other people’s memories in colour, but her own in black and white, it’s inspired by a fascination with synaesthesia and an obsession with paint charts. This is a quirky, witty, emotive and inspiring exploration of trauma, family, friendship, memory and hope. We’re really excited to be working with her – welcome to DKW, Tamsin!
