For as long as Alex Neptune can remember, the ocean has wanted to kill him. Which is awkward when he lives in the seaside town of Haven Bay. Recruiting his tech-genius best friend, bodybuilding older sister, and a ragtag crew of animal companions, Alex plots a heist to break the dragon out and return it to the seas – discovering his own oceanic powers along the way….
